Job Purpose



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee electrical projects within the ICI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction management and be capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously from planning and coordination to execution and close-out.

Duties & Responsibilities



Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of electrical ICI projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met. Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and field staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient project delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, material lists, and cost tracking reports. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Oversee on-site installations, safety compliance, and adherence to electrical codes and standards. Prepare and manage change orders, progress reports, and project documentation. Conduct regular site visits, team meetings, and client updates to ensure issues are resolved proactively. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence in all aspects of project execution.

Working Conditions



Combination of office and on-site work in active construction environments. May be exposed to various weather conditions and site hazards; adherence to PPE and safety protocols is mandatory. Travel to multiple project sites within the GTA may be required. Requires multitasking, time management, and collaboration in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Qualifications & Skills Required



3-5 years of experience managing electrical construction projects, preferably in the ICI sector. Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and construction processes. Proficiency in MS Office, Project Management tools, and electrical estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Procore, etc.). Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
