We are seeking an experienced and organized
Project Manager in Electrical Construction

The Project Manager will be the pillar of our electrical construction projects. They will be responsible for the complete planning, execution, and supervision of job sites, from the bidding phase to final delivery. They will act as the primary link between the office, the construction site, the client, and subcontractors, ensuring that work adheres to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management and Planning
Plan, organize, and coordinate all stages of projects, including the development and rigorous monitoring of
schedules
,
budgets
, and resource allocation.
Manage contractual documentation (bids, purchase orders, invoicing) and coordinate activities with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Proactively manage unforeseen events and project changes, proposing technical and budgetary solutions.
Site Supervision and Compliance
Conduct frequent site visits to
supervise work progress
, quality of execution, and compliance with specifications.
Ensure the
compliance
of work with electrical codes, safety standards (occupational health and safety), and contractual requirements.
Coordinate and support on-site technical teams in problem-solving and logistics (materials, equipment).
Communication and Client Relations
Act as the
primary point of contact
for the client and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
Clearly present progress, potential risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
Maintain fluid and effective communication among all stakeholders (office, site, clients, partners).

Skills and Qualifications
Education in
Electrical Engineering
,
Construction Engineering
, or any other relevant equivalent training.
Significant and relevant experience in
electrical construction project management
(or electromechanical) in the industrial or commercial sectors.
Solid knowledge of electrical infrastructure systems,
high-voltage
equipment, and lighting systems.
Advanced proficiency in

.
Demonstrated
leadership

skills.
Essential ability to work both in the
