:We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Edmonton, Alberta. This role will be critical in the management and execution of projects in various industries. The candidate will be expected to handle multiple responsibilities, engage with clients, and manage teams effectively. Offered with an initial term of 6-month, this role is offered remote to candidates based in Edmonton, with the occasional need to go on-site for critical stakeholder meetings.Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to project teams and maintain client engagement
• Develop detailed project plans and manage changes accordingly
• Oversee the budget and ensure the project stays within budgetary limits
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage their expectations
• Manage risks associated with projects and implement strategies to mitigate them
• Ensure high quality of project documentation and reporting
• Maintain a cross-functional team environment for effective project execution
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure their performance aligns with project requirements
• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and other relevant technologies for project management
• Adopt Agile Scrum methodologies for project execution and management

• 8+ years of experience working as a Project Manager
• Experience working on a large, complex, ERP implementation.
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
• Understanding of Budget Processes
• Experience in Change Management
• Strong Communication skills
• PMP or CBAP certification an asset
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats; interested in working in a flexible environment
