Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities for this position include (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis):
Lead the delivery of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform implementation project from initiation through closure.
Coordinate with technical leads and developers working on Power Pages, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365 components.
Define and manage the project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and ensure business needs are translated into technical deliverables.
Manage dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating as appropriate.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to Microsoft best practices.
Track and report on project status, milestones, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
Support change management and user adoption efforts, including training and communications planning.
Oversee UAT cycles, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and ensuring knowledge transfer.
Act as the primary point of contact between business sponsors, stakeholders, and the technical delivery team.

Basic Qualifications:
7 years' experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
5 years' experience coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, solution architects, and business analysts.
5 years' experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
5 years' experience with project management tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security considerations in enterprise IT projects.

Nice to have:
3 years' experience managing Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) projects.
2 years' experience of CRM/Customer Service processes (case management, knowledge base, omnichannel, SLAs).
2 years' experience with Microsoft cloud ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams integration).

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $50.00-$75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.25 per week
