Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to oversee multiple

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)

implementations. The successful candidate will be a

PMP-certified professional

with direct experience managing ERP deployments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
This role requires the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive project delivery, and learn the

BuildBase implementation framework

to ensure smooth rollouts and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver

Dynamics BC implementation projects

from initiation through go-live. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including clients, developers, and vendor partners. Maintain detailed project plans, scope documents, budgets, and risk logs. Apply the

BuildBase project implementation process

to align deployments with our SaaS model. Identify and manage risks, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Provide leadership and clear communication across technical and business teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

PMP Certification

(essential). Proven experience leading

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV

implementations. Strong understanding of ERP processes (Finance, Procurement, Operations). Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability and willingness to

travel frequently within North America

. Must live near or be available to work onsite in

Edmonton, Alberta

.

Bonus Skills (Optional):

Familiarity with SaaS software delivery or technology startups. Experience managing vendor and partner relationships. Knowledge of construction or homebuilding ERP environments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
