Vintri is currently searching for an experienced Project Manager with a focus on Data Integrity to join our team of skilled Project Managers and Data Analysts who are all dedicated to high standards of quality. This role needs someone with a high level of communication skills who is persistently curious about the \xe2\x80\x98why\xe2\x80\x99 of things. To learn more about Vintri please visit: https://www.vintritech.com/ What you\'ll be doing:: Reporting to the VP Service Delivery and Transformation, this role encompasses the full spectrum of project-related tasks\xe2\x80\x94from facilitating execution with the Data Services team to client communications\xe2\x80\x94which often entail coordinating across multi-disciplinary roles including business analysis, process engineering, and the product.

• Ensure that all customer obligations are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
• Collaborate inter-departmentally in account management meetings
• Identify threats/opportunities stemming from the project-level interactions, including potential scope changes as early as possible in the process
• Drive communication with all internal and external stakeholders to: Communicate and clarify deliverables, timelines, and expectations
• Build positive long-term client and stakeholder relationships
• Provide tailored and value-added service delivery
• Ensure that client stakeholders are engaged in the work that we are doing
• Communicate change management requirements, such as additional scope or changing timelines; and involve select expert internal personnel where needed, including potential product requirement
• Track and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Oversee the company\'s internal time tracking process in line with project management and accounting requirements
• Gather relevant project information to support development of the Vintri software platform, company and industry reporting, and marketing materials
• Be a subject-matter expert for traceability and data quality

Who we\'re looking for::

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Background in construction management, engineering, or supply-chain management
