The Role

We're looking for a

seasoned Project Manager / Crew Foreman

to take ownership of our construction and renovation projects from concept to completion. You'll lead crews, coordinate with engineers and inspectors, produce conceptual and permit-ready drawings, and make sure everything runs tight and right.

You'll

focus on execution

, not paperwork -- our office team handles procurement, deliveries, scheduling (with you), finances, and admin so you can stay focused on building and leading.

What You'll Do

Lead multiple small-to-mid sized projects and ensure top-tier workmanship. Manage crews day-to-day and support them on callbacks or follow-up work. Produce

conceptual layouts

and

permit-ready drawings

using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software. Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and municipalities -- handle permitting and sign-offs. Order and sequence materials through our office team and approved vendors. Keep clients informed, ensure transparency, and deliver quality work every time.

What You Bring

10+ years

of experience in construction supervision, site management, or project management. Strong understanding of the BC Building Code and municipal permitting. Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and communicate clearly. Skilled at producing conceptual and permit drawings that guide crews and meet city standards. Comfortable using Jobber or have experience with similar project management tools. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Extremely strong technical skills

in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general construction. You'll be helping crews and sub-trades, architects and engineers think through complex challenges to engineer practical solutions -- if you're not confident across all disciplines, this role will be tough.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
