The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale construction projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, while leading the construction management and ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance. The position requires a high level of decision-making and leadership in coordinating with contractors, stakeholders, and YHC leadership. The incumbent must balance project goals with available resources, managing stakeholder expectations and risks.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory standards. Understanding of project management principles and construction project lifecycle. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in project management software. Ability to manage multiple, complex project demands simultaneously. Ability to develop and manage project budgets and timelines. Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and mitigate risks effectively. Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Licenses/Certificates/Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is an asset). Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, particularly in large-scale ($300M+) construction projects.




The successful applicant should have a minimum of 10 years experience in large-scale ($300M+) construction projects. Preference will be given to those with experience managing a variety of hospital renovation or construction projects. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered. Preference will be given to those with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
