We are proud to partner with the Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation (MASC) in their search for a collaborative Project Manager, Digital Services to lead corporate projects that enhance business processes and digital services. Reporting to the Corporate Projects and Architecture Manager, the Project Manager will oversee a range of business and information services projects, ensuring objectives are met on time, on budget, and with quality outcomes. As the Project Manager, Digital Services you will:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout and handoff, ensuring all critical documentation and deliverables are transitioned successfully.
  • Develop and execute detailed project management plans including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration, engagement, and a solution-focused culture.
  • Provide regular status reporting and communications to stakeholders and project steering committees.
  • Coordinate and schedule project resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution of tasks.
  • Track and manage project financials to forecast outcomes and control spending.
  • Apply and evolve MASC's project management methodologies, contributing to organizational best practices.
  • Support business analysis activities, including gathering requirements, mapping workflows, and documenting current/future processes.
  • Consider change management impacts in project planning and participate in corporate change initiatives.
  • Engage and manage external vendors or consultants when required.
You and Your Experience:
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP/PRINCE2) certification, systems development experience, or knowledge of agriculture, insurance, or lending industries.
  • Proven experience managing projects through initiation, planning, execution, and completion.
  • Strong background in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication, facilitation, and building consensus across diverse teams.
  • Experience using project management methodologies such as Agile or Hybrid.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license is required for travel within Manitoba.
