Lucent Technology Inc. is seeking a
Part-Time Project Manager / Coordinator
to oversee project execution and stakeholder coordination for a municipal
JD Edwards ERP upgrade
project.
You'll support the delivery team (technical and functional) and liaise with the City's internal IT and business teams to ensure timelines, milestones, and communication remain on track. This is a client-facing coordination role requiring exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day project coordination for the JD Edwards 9.2 Tools upgrade
Track weekly deliverables, issues, and team schedules (technical + functional)
Schedule meetings and prepare status updates for City of New Westminster
Coordinate internal and external communications, risks, and dependencies
Monitor milestone progress and deliverable compliance
Assist in assembling and packaging documentation (e.g., system audit notes, training outputs)
Ensure consistent adherence to timeline and scope
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in project coordination or delivery support roles
Experience with
ERP implementations or upgrades
(JD Edwards preferred)
Familiarity with municipal or public sector environments is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage schedules, facilitate meetings, and produce clear status reports
Proficient in using Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook) and project tracking tools

Rate:
$80-$110/hour
depending on experience
Additional Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Must not be submitted by another firm for this opportunity
Comfortable coordinating across teams in a mixed onsite/remote setting
