We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead all aspects of our Communications Team operation deliverables, reporting to the Head of Global Communications Strategy & Operations. The Project Manager will be responsible for running project and account schedules, planning, and cross-function execution while advising on timelines, scope, and occasionally budgets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and help support the oversight of a resource allocation model, working with team leads to use time sheets to monitor colleagues output against key initiatives and account, recommended effective resource deployment.
Working with team leads, monitor key deliverables for top accounts ensuring commitments are met.
Track all live project plans, noting leads, key milestones, and progress against commitments. Work with project lead to ensure workback plans and timelines are met with consistency.
Track progress against strategy across the Global Communications team, ensuring key timelines and deliverables have been met. Where needed, elevate risks and address resource gaps to ensure delivery and best outcomes.
Working with team leads, coordinate metrics and build executive-level reporting on a quarterly basis to be shared with partners.
Develop agendas for project meetings and record key decisions and comments, circulating them to the senior leadership team for line of sight
Handle Global Communications Team SharePoint, ensuring documents and assets are cataloged accurately and key projects are elevated appropriately
Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement to enhance future project success
Support overall tracking to Global Communications budget with Finance and Communications Leadership
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a solid track record of successful project delivery
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to empower cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with project management tools and software
Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
