En tant qu\xe2\x80\x99expert en marketing et communications num\xc3\xa9riques, vous faites preuve de connaissances et de comp\xc3\xa9tences avanc\xc3\xa9es dans l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9laboration, la mise en \xc5\x93uvre et la gestion d\xe2\x80\x99un certain nombre de composantes du marketing num\xc3\xa9rique, tout en vous effor\xc3\xa7ant d\xe2\x80\x99atteindre les objectifs de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise par le biais d\xe2\x80\x99une pr\xc3\xa9sence sur le web, les plateformes et canaux num\xc3\xa9riques. Vous jouez un r\xc3\xb4le majeur dans la mise en \xc5\x93uvre de processus et dans la conduite d\xe2\x80\x99initiatives visant \xc3\xa0 assurer une am\xc3\xa9lioration continue de nos pratiques de communication marketing et vous am\xc3\xa9liorez l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience client.
Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s
Vos t\xc3\xa2ches principales :
Participer \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9laboration de plans de promotion pour soutenir les objectifs de marketing.
Pr\xc3\xa9parer des documents pour des pr\xc3\xa9sentations internes et externes sur les communications relatives aux produits, solutions et activit\xc3\xa9s clients.
Participer \xc3\xa0 la cr\xc3\xa9ation de plans de marketing et assurer la liaison avec les principaux intervenants internes afin d\xe2\x80\x99articuler la position de la marque et de l\xe2\x80\x99entit\xc3\xa9 commerciale et d\xe2\x80\x99assurer la coh\xc3\xa9rence de la marque et de l\xe2\x80\x99image de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise dans tous les programmes, \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements et documents promotionnels.
Aider \xc3\xa0 traduire les strat\xc3\xa9gies de marketing en tactiques de communication, y compris la gestion de projet, la planification et la programmation.
Collaborer avec les membres de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe commerciale pour planifier, cr\xc3\xa9er et produire des outils promotionnels et des moyens de communication afin de soutenir le marketing de la marque, le marketing de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise et les efforts de vente.
Soutenir les projets de communication dans les domaines de la publicit\xc3\xa9 et des programmes promotionnels, des relations publiques et des salons professionnels.
La responsabilit\xc3\xa9 peut inclure la gestion des contrats d\xe2\x80\x99agence si n\xc3\xa9cessaire. Peut faire office de r\xc3\xa9dacteur pour les communications professionnelles formelles.
Objetif du poste pour une dur\xc3\xa9e de 9 mois
Responsable de la mise \xc3\xa0 jour du contenu du site web, de la r\xc3\xa9daction et de la publication sur les r\xc3\xa9seaux sociaux pour la division des diagnostics, du soutien des campagnes de marketing num\xc3\xa9rique et des projets tels que l\xe2\x80\x99organisation d\xe2\x80\x99activit\xc3\xa9sw et de conventions pour les clients.
Responsable du marketing des comptes strat\xc3\xa9giques dans le cadre du projet pilote Account-Based Experience.

Exigences suppl\xc3\xa9mentaires
Formation : dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire ou coll\xc3\xa9gial de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence, en marketing, communication et/ou marketing num\xc3\xa9rique.
Un minimum de 1 \xc3\xa0 3 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle dans le domaine.
Dans ce poste, vous serez en contact avec des coll\xc3\xa8gues dans tout le Canada. Par cons\xc3\xa9quent, un niveau d\xe2\x80\x99anglais suffisant est requis et la ma\xc3\xaetrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais est requise.
Int\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xaat et/ou exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le domaine des soins de sant\xc3\xa9, des sciences de la sant\xc3\xa9 et/ou de l\xe2\x80\x99industrie diagnostique/pharmaceutique.

Digital Marketing & Communications Project Manager
Duration: 9 months contract
Position Summary
As a Digital Marketing & Communication Expert you demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in developing, implementing and managing a number of different digital marketing components while striving to achieve business goals through web presence, digital platforms and channels by playing a major role in implementing processes and driving initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in our marketing communications practices and enhance the customer experience.
Responsabilities
Main tasks including but not limited to:
Participates in the development of plans for product promotion in support of marketing objectives.
Prepares materials for internal and external presentations on communications relating to products, solutions and customer activities.
Participates in the creation of marketing plans and serves as a liaison between key internal constituents to articulate the brand\xe2\x80\x99s and business unit\xe2\x80\x99s position and to ensure consistency of the brand and corporate image in all programs, events and promotional pieces.
Helps translate marketing strategies into communication tactics, including project management, planning, and scheduling.
Collaborates with Business Team members to plan, develop and produce promotional tools and communication vehicles to support brand marketing, corporate marketing, and sales efforts.
Supports communications projects in the areas of advertising and promotional programs, public relations and trade shows, including Internet-based communications.
Responsibility may include managing agency contracts as needed. May serve as editor for formal business communications.
Purpose of the position for the 9 months duration
Responsible for updating web content, writing and publishing on social networks for the diagnostics division, supporting marketing campaigns and projects such as the organization of customer events and conventions.
As part of the Account-based marketing pilot project, is responsible for driving the project forward by participating in the strategy and implementation for selected customer accounts.

Further requirements:
Education: University or College Degree preferred, Marketing, Communications and/or Digital Marketing.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the field
In this position, you will be in contact with colleagues across Canada, so a proficient level of English and fluency in French is required.
Interest and/or experience in healthcare, health sciences and/ or diagnostic/pharmaceutical industry.
