SheaRock is seeking an experienced

Project Manager

for civil construction projects in Windsor/Essex County. The ideal candidate will have

real underground civil experience

and

strong estimating skills

. This role requires an individual who values structure, communicates effectively, and maintains project momentum while ensuring a high standard of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead day-to-day operations for water, sanitary, storm, and road projects. Coordinate crews, equipment, subcontractors, and materials to ensure project flow. Review drawings, scope, quantities, and change orders. Prepare takeoffs, price small jobs, and assist with tenders. Build schedules, track budgets, and maintain project targets. Collaborate closely with the Superintendent and Estimator to resolve issues quickly. Maintain tight communication with clients, inspectors, and the project team. Ensure safety and quality standards are adhered to throughout the project.

Qualifications

:

5+ years of experience in underground civil construction. Strong estimating skills, including takeoffs, costing, and change order pricing. Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of organization and accountability. Proficient in reading blueprints and anticipating potential project issues. Knowledge of municipal standards and inspection processes. A valid driver's license and the ability to work in Windsor/Essex.
