What You'll Be Doing
Manage civil infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to close-out
Lead financial performance, scheduling, cost control, and risk mitigation
Collaborate closely with clients, site superintendents, consultants, and subcontractors
Take ownership of the full project lifecycle--ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction
Guide, mentor, and support project team members to foster continuous improvement
Support a culture that values transparency, collaboration, and high performance
Travel to project sites within BC as needed
Who We're Looking For
5+ years
of progressive project management experience with a
mid-size or large GC
Direct experience in water, wastewater, or bridge projects is a strong asset
Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams from the ground up
Strong communicator who's confident managing diverse project stakeholders
Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented, purpose-driven environment
Open to occasional travel across project sites in BC
