Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 8 years of project management experience with at least 5 years in telecommunications or network infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of telecom technologies (VoIP, PBX, SIP, MPLS, SD-WAN, fibre, wireless 5G, Avaya, UCaaS)
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar telecom programs or complex cross-regional rollouts
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale telecom initiatives, including network upgrades, VoIP rollouts, wireless deployments, fibre installations, and cloud telephony integrations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business units, executive leadership, and external vendors
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of telecom solutions
• Mentor junior project managers and provide leadership within the PMO
