We are a growing Audio Visual and Event Production company delivering high-quality corporate events, conferences, live shows, and experiential productions across the GTA and beyond. We are looking for a

highly organized, execution-focused Project Manager

to oversee events from planning through on-site delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands live events, and can manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets without losing attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects end-to-end: from initial client handoff to post-event wrap-up Act as the main point of coordination between sales, technical teams, vendors, and clients Create and maintain detailed project plans, work orders, schedules, and crew calls Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability of assigned projects Conduct pre-event planning including site visits, technical reviews, and logistics coordination Lead pre-event briefings and on-site show execution as required Ensure accurate documentation: timelines, equipment lists, labor, and show details Identify risks early and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery Support continuous improvement of project workflows and internal processes
Required Qualifications

7+ years experience in

event production, AV, live events, or related project management

Strong understanding of audio visual systems, event logistics, and live production workflows Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Comfortable working flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and documentation systems Valid driver's license and ability to travel to event sites as needed
Preferred (Nice to Have)

Background as a technical lead, show manager, or production coordinator Experience managing freelancers and union/non-union crews Strong budget tracking and margin awareness PMP or other project management certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
