Job Overview


As a

Project Manager Assistant

, you'll work closely with our Project Managers to help organize, track, and support active restoration projects. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the restoration or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with scheduling site visits, trades, and inspections Prepare and update job documentation (e.g., work orders, photos, notes) Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members on behalf of PMs Track and follow up on material orders and delivery timelines Help maintain job site files and compliance documents Ensure site signage, safety documentation, and job folders are prepared and accurate Attend project meetings and take notes as required Support PMs with administrative duties to help keep projects on schedule

Experience



Proven experience in project management or a related field. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and tools is advantageous. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and people skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Comfortable with learning field software (e.g., Xactimate, Encircle, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
