Le poste de Specialiste en gestion de projet consiste a servir de point de contact privilegie aupres du client, des canaux de vente et du responsable commercial, tout en prenant en charge l'elaboration et la gestion des devis ainsi que des reservations. Il/elle assure un suivi complet des commandes, de l'emission du devis initial jusqu'a la facturation. Peut etre charge de soutenir des clients cibles, certaines regions definies et/ou de petits territoires de vente.

Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GEV. Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding.

Vente par telephone ou en ligne, plutot que de se deplacer pour rencontrer les clients en personne.
Developpement des connaissances conceptuelles de sa propre discipline. Developpement de la connaissance de son territoire de vente, des gammes de produits, des marches, des processus de vente ou de groupes de clients. Peut inclure ces fonctions de support avec une expertise specialisee ou des connaissances techniques dans un domaine etendu.
Applique les connaissances generales en affaires acquises grace a L,education ou a l'experience passee. Comprend comment le travail des son equipe contribue a ce domaine.
Resout les problemes en utilisant les procedures etablies. Consulte le superviseur ou des collegues plus experimentes pour les questions depassant les instructions ou les parametres definis.
Collabore avec les autres pour resoudre les problemes. Pour les postes en contact avec la clientele, developpe de solides relations avec les clients et sert d'interface entre le client et GEV. Echange des infromations techniques, pose des questions et verifie la comprehension.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Sales & Inside Sales knowledge
Qualifications requises
Diplome universitaire, collegiale (ou diplome d'etude secondaire avec experience pertinente).
Connaissances en ventes.
