KCC is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable
Instructor
for our
Project Management Program
. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging instruction, assessing student progress, and contributing to continuous curriculum enhancement. We are looking for someone with both practical experience and a dedication to student success.
Deliver engaging and up-to-date instruction related to Project Management.
Evaluate and assess student performance to ensure academic goals are met.
Foster an inclusive, supportive, and professional classroom environment.
Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students.
Work collaboratively with the Regional Director on curriculum development and student progress.
Keep current with industry standards and integrate best practices into teaching.
Uphold and model the policies and values of the College.
Qualifications and Experience
A degree or diploma in business, management, or a related field (project management certification, such as PMP, is highly preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in project Management.
Prior
teaching or training experience
is an asset.

Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting principles and payroll practices.
