We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Manager and Outside Sales to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in expanding our client base and fostering strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying prospects, customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and driving sales growth in a competitive market while understanding the pricing model. Responsibilities



Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth and get paid heavy commission while building book of business. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and attend virtual events conducted by the Fastsigns Franchisor to help stay abreast with sign industry. Present products and services to clients, demonstrating their value and benefits effectively. Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to the client's needs. Utilize CRM systems, such as Corebridge and Hubspot, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Collaborate with internal teams using tools like Asana, Google Products, and Microsoft to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Collect and analyze data on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client communications.

Skills



Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences. Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools such as Hubspot, Asana and Corebridge. Familiarity with data collection methods and data analysis skills to support decision-making processes. Experience with CRM systems like Hubspot for effective customer relationship management. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team dynamics. Strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and build trust with clients. Knowledge of Adobe and other designing software is nice-to-have, but not required.
