Role Description



The

Project Estimator / Project Lead

plays a key dual role in both estimating and project management within our condominium repair and restoration division. This individual will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing small-scale repair projects, coordinating field crews and subcontractors, and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a small, fast-paced company and enjoys overseeing projects from start to finish.

Qualifications



Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in estimating and managing construction or restoration projects. Background in

condominium repairs, restoration, or building rehabilitation

preferred. Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and restoration practices. Experience working directly with property managers and condominium corporations is an asset. Valid Ontario driver's license.

Skills & Competencies



Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and client service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and estimating software. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work. Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
