As a Project & Cross-Departmental Manager, you will oversee the development, planning, and execution of projects, ensuring collaboration across departments and tracking performance according to the

SQCDEE model

(Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Engagement, Environment).


You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective, sustainable solutions that support the operational excellence of Yoplait Liberte Canada.

RESPONSABILITIES

Project Management

Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of capital and continuous improvement projects, including managing timelines, budgets, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure project commissioning and performance follow-up to achieve operational objectives.

Development, Innovation, and Collaboration

Improve internal practices and standards by integrating best approaches in safety, quality, productivity, and environmental compliance. Propose innovative and practical solutions to support business objectives while applying the SQCDEE model. Maintain close communication between departments (Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Finance, etc.) and corporate teams to ensure project alignment and success.

Technical and Operational Support

Provide organizational and technical support to internal teams. Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and optimize project outcomes.

Profile

College or university degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Over 10 years of experience in a continuous manufacturing environment, ideally in the food industry. Proven experience managing projects of various scales, including oversight of timelines, budgets, and performance. Knowledge of food industry regulatory standards (GMP, food safety, CFIA) and experience with

CSA standards

is an asset. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills: able to coordinate teams, communicate effectively, and collaborate across departments. Experience working with technicians, supervisors, management personnel, suppliers, and subcontractors. Good understanding of processing and packaging systems, as well as a broad perspective on manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and R&D. Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, make decisions, and support operational efficiency.

A titre de charge(e) de projets, vous piloterez le developpement, la planification et la mise en oeuvre des projets, en assurant la coordination entre les departements et le suivi selon le modele SQCDEE (Sante/Securite, Qualite, Cout, Delai, Engagement, Environnement).


Vous collaborerez avec des equipes multidisciplinaires pour proposer des solutions efficaces et durables.

RESPONSABILITES

Volet Gestion de projets :

Participer a la planification, la coordination et la mise en oeuvre des projets d'immobilisations et d'amelioration continue, incluant la gestion des echeanciers, des budgets, des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants. Assurer la mise en service et le suivi de performance des projets afin de garantir l'atteinte des objectifs operationnels.

Developpement, innovation et collaboration

Contribuer a l'amelioration des pratiques et standards internes, en integrant les meilleures approches en matiere de securite, qualite, productivite et respect de l'environnement. Proposer des solutions adaptees et innovantes pour soutenir les objectifs d'affaires, tout en appliquant le modele

SQCDEE

(Sante/Securite, Qualite, Cout, Delai, Engagement, Environnement). Maintenir une communication etroite entre les differents departements (Production, Maintenance, Qualite, R&D, Finance, etc.) et les equipes corporatives afin d'assurer la coherence et le succes des projets.

Support technique et operationnel

Fournir un appui organisationnel aux equipes internes, selon l'experience du candidat. Collaborer avec les superviseurs, techniciens et autres intervenants pour resoudre les problemes operationnels et optimiser les resultats des projets.

Profil recherche :

Diplome collegial ou universitaire en technologie alimentaire, en genie industriel ou dans un domaine connexe. Plus de 10 ans d'experience dans un environnement manufacturier en continu, idealement dans le secteur alimentaire. Experience en gestion de projets, incluant la coordination de mandats de differentes envergures, avec suivi des echeanciers, budgets et performance. Connaissance des normes reglementaires du secteur alimentaire (BPF, securite alimentaire, ACIA) et experience avec les normes CSA est un atout. Leadership et habiletes interpersonnelles : capacite a coordonner des equipes, communiquer efficacement et collaborer avec differents departements. Experience de travail avec techniciens, superviseurs, personnel de direction, fournisseurs et sous-traitants. Bonne comprehension des systemes de procedes et d'emballage, ainsi qu'une vision globale des domaines manufacturier, qualite, maintenance et R&D. Capacite a analyser et resoudre des problemes, a prendre des decisions et a soutenir l'efficacite operationnelle des projets.
