Caron Equipment Inc. is recruiting a project manager for construction, excavation, and road works projects.
What does a project manager do?
Provides solid administrative support for field operations
Opens project files, compiles production data, and creates monthly reports
Prepares purchase orders and contracts and handles invoicing
Formats reports and documents according to project standards
Coordinates the complete closure of projects (technical documents, reports, archiving)
Serves as a link between construction sites, the office, and various departments
Answers calls, handles emails, and takes accurate messages
Provides ongoing support to teams (management, estimation, finance, procurement)
What does it take to be a Manager ?
Bachelor's degree in engineering or administration, or equivalent
3 years of experience in project management/administration (construction or civil engineering)
Excellent command of Excel and the Office Suite
English speaking, writing, and reading. Projects and workplaces are located in Ontario, where English is the primary language and language of work.
Desired qualities: organized, thorough, independent, team player, good analytical skills,
customer service oriented, able to manage multiple projects at once

Soutient les operations terrain avec un appui administratif beton
Ouvre les dossiers de chantier, compile les donnees de production et cree les rapports mensuels
Prepare les bons de commande, contrats et effectue la facturation
Met en page les rapports et documents selon les normes du projet
Coordonne la fermeture complete des projets (documents techniques, rapports, archivage)
Sert de lien entre les chantiers, le bureau et les differents departements
Repond aux appels, traite les courriels et assure la prise de messages precis
Apporte un soutien constant aux equipes (gestion, estimation, finance, approvisionnement)
Qu'est-ce que ca prend pour etre charge.e de projets ?
Bac en ingenierie ou administration, ou equivalent
3 ans d'experience en gestion/admin de projets (construction ou genie civil)
Excellente maitrise d'Excel et de la Suite Office
Anglais a l'oral, a l'ecrit et a la lecture. Les projets et les lieux de travail sont situes en Ontario, ou l'anglais est la premiere langue et la langue de travail.
Qualites recherchees : organisee, rigoureuxse, autonome, esprit d'equipe, bon sens de l'analyse, orientee service-client, capable de gerer plusieurs dossiers a la fois
