What you will do We have an exciting opportunity to join our Team as we are actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator responsible for the operational objectives of planning, overseeing, documenting, and shipping projects. This position reports to the Manager of Project Management. What we\'re looking for You will play a critical role in the successful the planning, coordination, and execution of project shipping, installation, and commissioning support. You will collaborate closely with Group Leaders, Project Managers, customers, and the Logistic Department to ensure the efficient flow of information and materials throughout the project lifecycle. Project Planning and Strategy:

  • Development of machine cost detail, support truck shipment layouts, document the condition of the equipment at shipment, as well as coordinate with contractors, as required.
Transportation and Distribution:
  • Facilitate effective communication and information sharing among project team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate shipments, entering logistics details and tracking deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics Department for trucking.
Risk Management:
  • Identify potential shipping-related risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Monitor progress and proactively address any challenges that may arise.
What you need to succeed
  • University Degree, College Diploma or equivalent trade experience required
  • Sound knowledge of transportation and logistics within North America
  • Proficiency in MS Suite software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
