We excel at developing client-centric concepts that are based on their needs but grounded in over 49 years of experience getting projects built. Our in-house design departments include Residential + Mixed-Use, Commercial + Industrial, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + develop, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice. Who are we looking for: The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. They will be supporting our project team ensuring they are bridging gaps by streamlining the workflow, while assisting and making it better adapt. You will communicate effectively, organize information strategically, and optimize workflows, standards and procedures. The role will be sitting in a design department as a part of the team and will focus on the processes involved in the planning, execution and delivery of projects. What you will do:

  • Bridge communication between clients, general contractors, consultants, and internal project teams
  • Attend all project meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes to ensure effective communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders
  • Coordinate and initiate the preparation of fee proposals, contract documents, and any related documentation
  • Administer digital file transfers and submissions for project deliverables and facilitate printing and delivery when required
  • Request material samples from suppliers, prepare sample boards with direction as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project databases
  • Rethink workflow processes, standards, and procedures by utilizing influence and leveraging knowledge
What you will bring:
  • Business Administration or related degree/diploma
  • 2+ years experience as a Project coordinator(any background)
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Passion for technology and an interest in leveraging tech skills
