We are technical experts in land, energy, and transportation development delivering accurate, innovative, and agile solutions to our partners. We provide land acquisition, geospatial mapping, data management, web-based GIS, community relations, land feasibility studies, and permitting services. Canacre\xe2\x80\x99s clients include developers, large scale service providers, and government entities that are involved in the planning and development of energy projects, rights of way, resources, and infrastructure across Canada and the United States. Canacre works on large-scale wind and solar power projects, high-voltage transmission lines, pipeline projects, municipal roads projects, and groupings of cellular towers and rooftop antennas.

Canacre is looking to fill TWO (2) Project Coordinator positions to support our Client\xe2\x80\x99s Real Estate and Land Acquisition projects. The successful candidates will be engaged for an initial six-month contract with high potential for extension based on performance. The successful candidate is required to work in the office ideally full-time but minimum 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will be self disciplined with a willingness to learn, have a strong attention to detail, and able to work well independently.

Your role will be to:

  • Track, manage and coordinate project documentation.
  • Draft and review policies and procedures.
  • Support implementation of internal policies and procedures.
  • Contract and document management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to execute project deliverables.
  • Oversee project work and ensure compliance company\xe2\x80\x99s standards and requirements.
  • Research and evaluate data for the development, analysis, interpretation
  • Convert raw data into meaningful insights through interactive and easy-to-understand reports.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish Power BI reports as per requirements
  • Update and maintains documentation, including weekly updates, trackers, plans and reports
  • Prepare documentation for active projects.
Qualifications:
  • Secondary school diploma or post secondary education in geography, computer science, business management or legal would be considered an asset
  • Minimum 3 years industry experience in real estate, project coordination and management or related field
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Data management and organization
  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel
  • Proficiency in project management software and computer applications
  • Critical thinking and analysis
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in land and real estate an asset
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Able to organize, set priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to shift priorities efficiently
