Job Description


Reporting to the Purchasing & Project Management Manager, the Project Coordinator will lead projects from its initial stages onto completion. Our projects range anywhere from $50K to $2M and we rely heavily on our Project Coordinators to use their expertise in logistics, customer service and project management to see these projects through to completion so our clients can enjoy their beautiful rooms and spaces.

A day in the Life:

  • Coordinate with key departments to finalize products and quantities to meet client deadlines
  • Create quotes to satisfy client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations of deliverables and timelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow through on processes necessary for meeting crucial deadlines
  • Oversee collection of final payments and organize shipping
  • Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and vendors
  • Address Customer Service issues as they arise
  • Participate in continuous improvement of internal process flows
Your Background:
  • We\'re looking for someone who embodies Accountability, Passion, Positivity, Teamwork and Respect. You have a passion for excellence and a drive to help your customers win. When you describe your experience, skills and education, ideally it sounds something like:
  • You have at least 2 years\' experience in Project Coordination or Management
  • You\'ve achieved or are close to achieving your PMP/CAPM certification
  • You can negotiate like nobody\'s business and are confident in making sound decisions
  • You take inspiration of Konmari to keep yourself organized and manage your time; so much so that you can manage up to 20 projects in different stages at a time
  • You boast impressive skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • You can learn and adapt to new programs easily
  • You communicate well and have a knack for building relationships with internal and external clients
  • You thrive in an objective and deadline driven environment
  • You roll with the flow and work flexibly to overcome challenges
