Our Service Department is seeking a bright, organized individual to join our team as a

Project Coordinator

. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating with general contractors and other stakeholders to monitor and follow-up on deliverables, due dates, and project milestones Providing administrative project support, such as updating spreadsheets and project documents on an ongoing basis Reviewing technical drawings and documents at various stages of the process for accuracy and completeness and escalating issues as required Scheduling installations upholding project management best practices Supporting the management team and installation team to achieve project goals Providing general office support

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be punctual, reliable, organized, cooperative and willing to learn. Accuracy and attention to detail are key to your success in this role. You are proactive, diligent and able to follow standard procedures.

You will have:

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and other Office software Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Knowledge of architectural door hardware and/or automatic door operators is a significant bonus Experience with AutoCAD 2D is considered an asset

Pay: $52,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
