Position Overview
We're looking for a
full-time BDC / Appointment Coordinator
to join our
Service Department
. This isn't your typical call center role -- it's a frontline position that keeps our service drive running smoothly. You'll be the friendly, organized, and proactive voice connecting our customers with our service and parts teams, helping them book appointments, stay informed, and feel genuinely cared for from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound calls and online inquiries from service and parts customers
Proactively reach out to customers for service reminders, recalls, and maintenance follow-ups
Conduct CSI follow-up calls to ensure every guest leaves happy -- and to resolve any concerns quickly
Recommend additional services or offers when appropriate (no pushy sales, just genuine care)
Accurately schedule and manage appointments using our CRM and DMS systems
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to optimize daily scheduling
Occasionally assist with outreach for sales-related initiatives or events
Keep records and communications clean, current, and professional
What You Bring to the Table
Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or dealership BDC role (automotive experience is a big plus)
Clear, confident communication -- you're friendly, professional, and always composed
Excellent multitasking and organization skills in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using CRM or dealership management software
A proactive mindset -- you take initiative instead of waiting for direction
Availability for full-time weekday hours (Monday-Friday), with occasional Saturdays as needed
