The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator & Sales Representative
to join our Sound Masking Division. This unique role blends
project coordination
with
business development
, offering an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic and specialized industry.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Communicate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and clients to schedule and manage projects.
Track project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
Coordinate procurement of materials and delegate tasks effectively.
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Provide clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Sales & Business Development
Promote Vibra-Sonic's sound masking products and solutions through presentations, demonstrations, and consultations.
Work closely with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend the most effective solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Assist with proposals, quotes, and pricing strategies to support project wins.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
Must be located in the Greater Vancouver Area and willing to travel within the province for site work.
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
Experience in project or construction coordination (sound masking/AV/electrical experience an asset).
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management software is an asset.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within the role.
Work Environment
Hybrid or remote work arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
Travel throughout BC required for client meetings and site visits.
