Overview:
The Project Coordinator works under the overall supervision of the Project Executive but works with/for a group of PMs. Project Coordinator communicates with PMs regularly to ensure all administrative items are handled in a timely fashion such as Groundworks (GW) and Sharepoint (SP) entries for opportunities and projects, purchase order requisitions, vendor invoices, and other project activities as directed by the Project Executive.
Responsibilities:
Inputs all GW and SP entries for opportunities and projects as required
Familiar with Project Lifecycle Management and assists PMs in following established procedures
Tracks bid/opportunity lists in MS Excel and GW and reports to PMs in weekly opportunity meeting on Looks through all invitation to bid (ITB) and requests for proposal (RFP) documents and identifies Keller scope in bid documents and prepares scope plans with quantities and material lists for estimating.
upcoming bids and deadlines
Communicates with clients during bidding process as needed by PMs
Prepares proposals in MS Word for PM review and completion
Identifies and resolves deviations between the proposal, scope and specifications.
Assist PMs with writing up subcontracts, project updates and lessons learned.
Setup field folders and project folders with electronic copies in SharePoint
Assist PMs with communicating with project teams during execution

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
College certificate/ diploma in related field preferred
University degree in Math, Science, Business, or Construction considered an asset
Prior work experience of at least 2 years in related role or industry
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
Self-motivated with excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills
