Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of our development projects. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Management:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Work with the project manager to identify and manage project risks and issues.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
Prepare and distribute project updates and reports.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Ensure all project documentation is current and accurately reflects the project status.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Quality and Compliance:
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Assist in the preparation and submission of permits and compliance documents.
Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or real estate development.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus.
