Our client is a leading construction company specializing in the ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) sector. With a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.
Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely reporting.
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, RFI logs, and submittals.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Support document control, including contracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in the ICI sector.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
* Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and industry regulations is an asset.
