Scope of the PositionResponsible for supporting and assisting the Projects team with data entry and information maintenance required for special projects.Major Responsibilities

• First point of contact with customers on Special project orders.
• Resolutions for credit issues and correct process and procedures.
• Monitor billing and ensure accuracy in regards to timelines
• Entering and tracking orders to ensure delivery times are met.
• Making required adjustments/changes to orders.
• Approving drawings.
• Monitoring billing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Managing any order returns and or modifications i.e. addition to the order
• Vendor Relations.
• Customer information sharing.
• Problem solving for any orders or customer inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Training

• High school diploma required
• University/College Diploma preferred, with a focus in Sales and/or Marketing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years related experience required

Wage Range: $52,000 - $65,000Please note that, whilst not expected, the company may pay at a rate outside of the range for this role where appropriate. Actual compensation commensurate with the candidate\'s experience, education, internal parity, role complexity, role level, and other relevant factors. The advertised salary range relates to British Columbia and is provided in accordance with the BC Pay Transparency Act.
