JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator - Construction

JOB TYPE: 40 Hours per week, Full-Time, Permanent, Monday-Friday

SALARY: $60,000 - $65,000 yearly (subject to experience)

BENEFITS: 10 Vacation Days, Company RSP Plan, Medical Benefits Plan (all after 3 months)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Gathering and submitting of project samples Organizing of approved sample transmittals Creating Purchase Orders using Jonas Software Quality control checks on received material Creating and updating procurement schedules, progress trackers, change logs Assist in booking project deliveries Submit weekly and monthly safety paperwork to GC's Prepare and distribute construction start-up documents Prepare and distribute construction close-out documents Work order data entry, scanning and filing accordingly Creating a schedule of values per project Assist in monthly invoicing Other administrative duties, as needed
REQUIREMENTS

Min. 2 years experience Fair understanding of Microsoft Excel Fluent in English Own vehicle (not a requirement but, a plus) Self-motivated and good organizational skills Ability to work independently and with others as a team Ability to plan and prioritize in a multitask environment Work in-office (this is not a WFH position)

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
