Salary:

$68,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role:



We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team to support multiple residential and mixed-use projects in the Victoria, BC region. As a key member of the construction team, you will work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:



Support the full lifecycle of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines.

Review and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and shop drawings.

Coordinate with consultants, trade contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.

Participate in site meetings and monitor field activities to ensure compliance with construction documents.

Maintain accurate documentation, including logs, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

Monitor progress against schedules and budgets and report on variances or delays.

Support project close-out activities including turnover documentation, deficiency tracking, and warranty coordination.

Assist in managing and enforcing safety standards and protocols on site.

Qualifications & Experience:



Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. New graduates welcome.

1-2 years experience working on residential and/or mixed-use development projects an asset.

Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools).

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Valid BC driver's license and access to reliable transportation (some site travel may be required).

Pay: $68,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
