Position Overview

Project Coordinator

to join our

multi-residential and commercial project team

The Project Coordinator supports the project management and production teams to ensure large-scale cabinet projects move smoothly from concept to completion. This role involves tracking project timelines, coordinating with clients and vendors, preparing shop drawings and detailed as-built drawings for manufacturing, and ensuring accurate communication across all teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for project updates between clients, designers, production teams, and installers Review project drawings, specifications, and change orders for accuracy Maintain project schedules and ensure key milestones are met Prepare, track, and distribute project documentation (contracts, work orders, revisions, etc.) Coordinate material orders and ensure timely procurement Identify and communicate potential delays or issues to the project manager Support installation scheduling and site readiness checks Ensure all project details are accurate prior to manufacturing release Maintain organized project files and documentation in internal systems

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred 1+ years of experience in project coordination (construction, cabinetry, millwork, or manufacturing preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to read and interpret cabinet shop drawings Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with AutoCAD (or similar software), Microsoft Office (Excel), and internal tracking tools Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment Team-focused with ability to work both cross-functionally and independently
