We're looking for a highly organized, solutions-focused

Project Coordinator

to keep our production schedules on track and our client commitments delivered flawlessly. You'll collaborate with sales, engineering, purchasing, production, and shipping to ensure projects move smoothly from order to shipment--on time, on budget, and at top quality.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and maintain production schedules and project documentation Spot and resolve production issues before they impact timelines Align workflow across purchasing, production, and warehouse teams Recommend process improvements to boost productivity and quality Support BOM/router development and manage material requirements Ensure compliance with cost, safety, quality, and delivery standards Communicate updates across internal teams and stakeholders Create sales orders/work orders and track project progress Champion continuous improvement and support cross-functional teamwork

What You Bring

3+ years in a production/manufacturing environment Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) Strong grasp of MRP, inventory control, and production methods Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and ISO 9000 (assets) Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong problem-solving abilities Detail-driven mindset with a collaborative, positive attitude

Work Conditions

Full-time, permanent Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (overtime as needed) On-site role; ability to lift 25 lbs Presentations, cross-team collaboration, and regular computer use required
