We're looking for a

Project Coordinator

to join our growing Project Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do



Provide day-to-day administrative and scheduling support to the Project Management team. Attend meetings, take notes and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed. Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and correspondence. Coordinate communication between internal departments, clients, and vendors. Track project progress and assist with reporting and data entry into ERP systems. Help ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and according to established deadlines.

What You Bring



1-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role (construction or manufacturing background an asset). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator who enjoys supporting others and contributing to team success. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); experience with MS Project or ERP software (Epicor) an asset. Post-secondary education in Business, Project Management, or related discipline preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
