This role ensures that all aspects of the project, from planning and procurement to installation and closeout, are managed efficiently and in alignment with project goals and timelines.

Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts.
Implement Primavera P6 for scheduling and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and changes.
Skills
Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
Experience with construction estimating techniques and tools.
Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera P6, and Civil 3D.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
