Job Description

The Project Coordinator - Construction will play a key role in supporting project management activities, ensuring smooth operations and successful project delivery in the light industrial building construction industry. This position is based in Burlington and is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of construction processes and excellent organizational skills.

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers to track progress and address potential challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors and clients, to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to the team and management as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all project activities.
  • Support the procurement of materials and services required for project execution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows within the construction department.

A successful Project Coordinator - Construction should have:
