About the Role




Reporting to the

Director, Enterprise Transformation

, and working closely with the Program Manager and Project Manager, the

Project Coordinator

supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of enterprise-wide initiatives within the EPMO.


This role blends project coordination, administrative support, and opportunities to contribute to data analysis, process improvement, and governance. What You Will Do

Project Coordination & Administrative Support



Support Project and Program Managers with the coordination and delivery of projects Help develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and activity trackers. Monitor dependencies, milestones, and deliverables; escalate risks or issues when needed. Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and decisions, and ensure follow-up on actions. Maintain budget trackers, support invoice processing, and assist with financial reporting.

Data, Reporting & Insights



Collect and analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and performance insights. Create dashboards and status reports to provide visibility across the transformation portfolio. Support capacity and resource tracking, identifying optimization opportunities.

Risk, Issues & Governance



Maintain and update RAID logs aligned with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) standards. Support the documentation and monitoring of mitigation plans and escalation procedures.

Process Improvement & Methodology



Contribute to refining project management frameworks and delivery methodologies Identify and propose process improvement opportunities. Support intake and governance processes for new initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication



Prepare presentations, dashboards, and communications for leadership and project stakeholders. Promote clear, consistent communication across teams and workstreams. Assist with change management activities and stakeholder engagement efforts. Ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and audit-ready.

What You Bring



3+ years

of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Project Analyst, or in a related role. Degree or diploma in

Business Administration, IT

, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

PMP

,

CAPM

, or equivalent certification. Strong understanding of

project management methodologies

(Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Experience using

PPM tools

such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Aha!, or Monday.com. Advanced skills in

Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Experience documenting and maintaining project or process materials. Comfortable facilitating discussions and presenting to groups. * Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
