Z'gamok Construction LP (ZCLP) is recruiting a hard-working, self-motivated individual with great attention to detail and reliability to fill the position of Project Clerk.
The Project Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to project managers, entering and managing project data, cost tracking, and ensuring compliance and organized record keeping.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of site projects including: organizing meetings, preparing reports and maintaining project documentation.
Enter and manage project data ensuring accuracy.
Maintain organized records of project documentation, including contracts, change orders and agreements.
Compile and summarize information for progress reports and project evaluations.
Provide finance support such as cost tracking expenses, processing invoices, and assisting with budget management.
Prepare and present regular project status reports, metrics, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist the estimating team to deliver requested information for input into bids/tenders.
Facilitate communication between team members, clients and external partners.
Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
A degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
Minimum 3 year experience in project administration or a similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
