The Role



We're hiring a

Project & Business Development Coordinator

who can take ownership of moving projects forward, ensuring licensing, third-party coordination, and operational tasks are completed on time. This person will also support our sales and marketing activities by following up with prospects, helping organize campaigns, and contributing to market research and business plans.

This is not a passive office role. We need someone who is

proactive, organized, and confident picking up the phone

, tracking down missing pieces, and making sure deadlines are met.

What You'll Be DoingProject Coordination



Manage multiple client projects at once, keeping track of tasks, milestones, and outstanding items. Follow up with lawyers, accountants, contractors, licensing officers, and other third parties to gather documents, get updates, and solve problems. Prepare and submit business license applications and related forms. Help draft client reports, progress summaries, and simple presentations.

Market & Business Development



Conduct competitor and market research to gather real data for feasibility studies and business plans. Support the creation of business plans and investor packages with data, charts, and narrative input.

Sales & Marketing Support



Follow up with inbound leads and warm prospects by phone and email, helping schedule meetings for our senior team. Coordinate with our marketing staff on small campaigns (e.g., track inquiries from social media ads, prepare basic CRM updates). Maintain organized client files and CRM systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
