We are looking for a Portfolio Coordinator

The Portfolio Coordinator is a key role in the operational effectiveness of work within Customer Experience and Marketing. This person is responsible for entering and maintaining the data accuracy of projects and programs within our workflow tool. They will work with project team members to interpret deliverable requests to provide an accurate workback schedule.

What you will do

  • Complete intake process for new initiatives by working with leaders to identify resources and set up the initiative in our work management tool
  • Analyze new work requests submitted to interpret Portfolio alignment and if any inflight work already exists
  • Resolve problems on project issues, risks, discrepancies and offer solutions or escalate to leadership
  • Answer general inquiries and system troubleshooting
  • Follow documented process to update and communicate with task owners to notify of accountabilities
  • Reply to notifications and emails within 24 hours to ensure timelines are always up to date
