Job Description


We currently have an opening for a Project Analyst in our Regina office. In this role, you will be supporting the Water and other Divisions with monitoring, tracking reporting, and projecting project progress, schedules, and fees.You are an energetic and conscientious individual, responsible for coordinating project budgets and invoicing, and producing monthly earned value forecasting. You are a team player, able to coordinate with multiple working groups to obtain the information needed to assemble monthly financial forecasts for a variety of audiences, and to recommend actions based on analyzing and interpreting data.You have an eye for detail, creating and assuring reports and tracking tools that conform to project and company standards regarding quality, content, and format. You provide excellent customer service, delivering project management support services to your team and external clients (e.g., change orders, workplans, work breakdown structures & schedules, tracking tools and systems, engineering agreements, contract documents, meeting records). You may coordinate the compilation of reports, proposals, and specifications, and you maintain a current knowledge of project technical specifications and the implications relating to contract implementation.You will be in an office-based position with occasional travel within Saskatchewan, including some overnight stays.Job RequirementsWhat you will bring to the table:

  • An undergraduate degree from a post-secondary educational institution in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional office setting in an accounting, research, engineering technology, analyst, or project coordination role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and particularly with Excel, Word and SharePoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, data gathering, analytical, judgement, and prioritizing skills
  • Detail and customer service oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting
  • Committed team player with an ability to work independently
  • Experience with project management support functions is an asset
  • PMP or CAPM designations are an asset
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License with an ability to drive locally, and on occasion travel within Saskatchewan.
