We are growing and currently looking for a Project Analyst
Responsibilities

  • Retrieve purchase orders (PO);
  • Conduct pre-validation and invoicing;
  • Monitor costs - gross margin;
  • Update budgets to recognize the correct revenues and costs;
  • Analyze the unbilled report and ensure it is billed accurately and on time;
  • Forecast and analyze billing monthly at the beginning, mid-month and month end. Present to Director, Engineering and Quality Assurance, Engineering Management and Finance;
  • Present billing analysis to Senior Vice President, ISG, CFO and Engineering Management;
  • Review projects to validate amounts billed and costs as well as ensuring gross margin and budget is correct. Make necessary corrections if required;
  • Create journal entries to validate costs;
  • Track accrual list from Accounts Payable (AP);
  • Contact vendors to submit invoices;
  • Provide financial consultation to Senior Management;
  • Create project codes and assign budgets;
  • Create Quotes;
  • Help build and maintain positive relations within the team;
  • Protect organizations' values by keeping information confidential;
  • Perform other administrative and miscellaneous duties as requested, directed or assigned;
  • Enhance organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment; and
  • Adhere to and promote the environmental, health & safety policies of AFL.
  • Liasion between NGM Financial Analyst.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years' of relevant work experience in a project analysis capacity
  • Experience conducting data analysis
  • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis fundamentals
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills with written and verbal fluency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite - specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with SmartSheet
Working Conditions
  • Hybrid Role - 3 Days Remote, 2 Days Office
  • 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, standard hours 8:00am - 4:30pm.
