Role and Responsibilities


The role we are offering you:

  • Creating and maintaining work orders and the overall management of the work order system, JIRA
  • creating and maintaining project/s library and plans, and file, recording and reporting systems
  • maintaining departmental methods, standards and processes
  • assisting and advising team members on procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting requirements
  • tracking risk and issue logs and changing control data
  • developing and maintaining effective team communication systems
  • developing and implementing procedures for configuration management
  • producing project summary reports and coordinating the preparation of all reports
  • setting up and maintaining cost-recording systems
  • defining and documenting methodology procedures
  • assisting with other administrative responsibilities assigned
  • The project administrator helps by completing minor obligations for the department or preparing work for the manager to complete.
  • Assist department in all administration functions and processes
  • Monitor all moving parts of the Department keeping them synchronized and moving forward
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary materials
  • Organize and implement formulated policies and procedures
  • Attend all project meetings and take notes
  • Maintain and update budgets as project progresses
  • Communicate pertinent information between management and staff
  • Set goals, provide motivation, and thoroughly support your team members
  • Collaborate on presentations
  • Analyze data and produce reports
  • Foster positive and productive client relationships


Our ideal candidate has:
  • Associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
  • Extremely organized and focused
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English
  • Ability to motivate and keep staff on task
  • Propensity for multi-tasking
  • Deadline driven
