Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator within the Conventional Energy Canada business unit. We are looking for a motivated, energetic individual with comprehensive knowledge of administrative processes and procedures, able to function with a fair degree of independence.

The Project Administrator will provide support to the Project Management Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and generate correspondence and presentations
  • Arrange travel and prepare expense reports
  • Schedule meetings and take minutes of meetings as required
  • Compile, review, and analyze data
  • Format and edit documents
  • Onboard and offboard personnel
  • Process overtime requests
  • Manage office seating requirements for both internal moves and new starts to the project team
Skills / Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience
  • Knowledge of EPC Administration
  • Oil/gas and/or EPC experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with SharePoint and Oracle
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, follow-up and meet deadlines
  • Speed and efficiency
  • Ability to multi task
