Arcadis is seeking a dynamic Project Administrator who will be at the heart of driving project success, providing essential administrative support to project managers and teams. Role accountabilities:





In this role, you will be an integral part of our project teams--actively assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of diverse projects, and ensuring all tasks move forward smoothly and efficiently. You will take ownership of preparing, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, such as meeting minutes, project plans, reports, and contract documents, making sure our teams are always equipped with the information they need. You'll coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information, while monitoring progress and proactively resolving challenges to keep every project on track. As the main point of contact for stakeholders, you'll communicate project status updates and uphold quality standards throughout the lifecycle of each project. Your contributions will include organizing and attending project meetings, capturing key decisions, managing project calendars, and supporting budget and expenditure tracking--ensuring no detail is overlooked and every milestone is met.


Qualifications & Experience:




A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related discipline, demonstrating a solid academic foundation for success in this role Extensive experience in administrative roles, with a strong track record in project management environments highly preferred Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) are highly valued and will set you apart Advanced proficiency in project management software and digital tools, coupled with exceptional computer literacy Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to seamlessly multi-task, ensuring meticulous management of project activities and documentation Superior verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders Excellent time management capabilities, empowering you to efficiently handle multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines

The salary range for this position is $78,000 - $95,000. The base salary represents Arcadis' hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
